Terms and Conditions

• We ship from Monday to Friday.

• Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, and you will receive your goods within up to 4 working days.

• We charge a flat shipping fee of £3.90, with the exception that if your package weighs more than 3 kg, this fee may be adjusted.

• We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving the goods.

• We do not accept exchanges on white items or sale items.

• All exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Only one exchange is allowed per purchase, and it can be made for any item in the store.

• We do not offer refunds, nor do we accept returns.
